New Orleans Geothermal Air Conditioning and Heating


Until 2015, the federal government is issuing tax credits of 30% of the cost of Geothermal Air Conditioning.  There is no cap on total credit.  As a result, many of our customers are inquiring about the advantages, disadvantages, logistics and feasibility of converting their existing system to geothermal or to incorporate geothermal into their new construction project.

Step 1:  Drilling the Wells

The number of wells to be drilled is determined by the heat load of the structure, the nature of the soil on the property and the water table.  This is determined on a case by case basis.
